We want you to love every piece from Purevice. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at hello@purevice.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the size or style you'd like.

Non-returnable items Final sale items and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@purevice.shop with a photo and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
