We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
Eligible Items
- Full-price clothing in original, unworn condition
- Items with all original tags still attached
- Items returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Swimwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
How to Return
Get in touch
Email us at contact@purevice.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Send your item back
Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided in our return confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
